Fillable PDF that contains pick lists

I have created a fillable form and have mapped it all in Smartsheet but when it outputs, it is not showing the pick list selections, the field is just blank. Any suggestions, please? Thank you!

Thank you! This is very helpful. For the dropdown lists, are they restricted lists with specific values? If so, are these same values listed in the dropdown selection in the fillable PDF?

For the Text boxes, can you verify that the field is indeed blank after running, versus perhaps having white text formatted in the PDF?

If you're still unable to see content mapped in these fields after these checks, I would suggest reaching out to Smartsheet Support with a screen recording of generating the file, the sheet URL and full screen capture, and a copy of a blank fillable PDF so they can test it out and check the PDF settings.

I didn't have the pick lists in the fillable PDF so I will try that and I'll check the white text thing! I'll post an update.
