How to ignore blank cells with VLOOKUP formula

Ok. When you have the cell simply selected instead of opened, does it let you convert to a column formula?

No, it does not.

I changed the column type to text instead of duration and it is now working. So I'll just need to specify the duration in the grid another way. Thank you @Paul Newcome so much for all of your help.
