Project Managment Office - Intake Sheet Issues - Project Metadata Link Not Being Added

We have an issue with our project intake sheet. When a new project is submitted, they are not linking to the Project Metadata sheet and therefore not pulling in data from the metadata sheet.

It doesn't connect automatically. You have to connect them manually. Have you done that?
