Less than 30 days formula not working

I used AI generated formula to make the formula above. I asked that if the date in pink is in the next 30 days, to change another column to say "ready to schedule". It worked on the cell with the date in 30 days, but then it also is showing for dates well outside of 30 days. What's not connecting?
