Can you try the following?
Use a different browser
Use the same browser but in Incognito
Sign in to Smartsheet on a different tab in the same browser, then reload this page

Resource Management report using wrong bill rates
Hi there - I have specific bill rates set for each team member through the team member's RM profile. But when I run a time and fees report in Resource Management, it is using the account default for each person instead. How can I make it use the individual bill rates?
