Mahalo! That worked as far as being able to create a notification alert and use the column fields with the Message Only option, but now the challenge is that I only need that to appear for the 1st instance per day - i.e. I have staff submitting their orders for tomorrow and the helper columns are summarizing that, but when I create the workflow, how do I make it so that it will only generate one alert?
