Crtitical Path not working correctly

Hi Team,

I have created a plan for around 2000 line items with the all the dependencies and dates settings, when we enabled the critical path, we are able to see only few boxes, I was expecting the critical path from start to finish. Adding screenshot for reference, quick help in this regard will be appreciated, I have client on 04/15 and i want to show this functionality working. Please help.

I have run into the same issue, submitted the issue to Smartsheets a month or two ago but have not heard back.

It doesn't look like this highlighted task has any predecessors or dependencies (I don't see any lines between it and another task). Are all your tasks connected?
