Choose orientation for Email Notifications

Currently when a project is assigned our sheet is set up to automatically send an email to the person assigned. These are coming through with the row displaying horizontally. Since we have quite a few columns, this is annoying and not user-friendly. There should be a way to choose between horizontal and vertical orientation on notifications.
