Dynamic View "the number NaN cannot be converted to a BigInt because it is not an interger"

I share multiple Dynamic Views with 3rd parties via Safe Sharing. Last week, one reported that they could not login and were getting this error: "the number NaN cannot be converted to a BigInt because it is not an interger" (screenshots attached). They tried using different browsers, clearing cache's, etc. with no solve except for when logging in using a mobile wifi hotspot, they could login. Now another company that I work with is reporting the same issue with Dynamic View but different browsers and mobile hotspots don't solve the issue. As a workaround, I've shared the Dynamic Views via Workapps. For reference, I have 12 different companies using my DV's and only two have had an issue so far. Does anyone know how to solve this error so DV's will work again? Posting this question here since SS support is largely useless.
