SUMIFS Assistance

Hello, I am trying to calculate the number of overtime hours worked for a manager by month and year. The data sheet is below and I am using another sheet so I know I need to reference this sheet but keep getting errors. I'd appreciate any assistance.

@Jen_Gray Hi, I would set up sheet#2 similar to the table below where your columns can be the year and months and the formula would be something like this =sumifs({how many hrs... completed}, {ic name},@cell="Tamara...", Created, Year(@cell)=2024, {what date...}, Month(@cell)=1)
