Is there any way to adjust the rate of the resource when I add this resource ( Like Ms Project).

Hello Issam,
There currently isn't a way to adjust the rate (cost) of a resource for it to be visible in resource management but when you have a moment, submit a product enhancement request using the form under Quick links on the right of the community site.
With that being said, you can create a column in your sheet and manually track the rate of a resource. This column for rate can't be used in the gantt or resource management.
