Setting up Automatic Provisioning for users

I'm setting up automatic provisioning for users with AD and at the portion where it is asking for my API Key and Tenant URL. I have the Key, but I'm wondering where I can find the Tenant URL? Is there one specific to our Tenant or is there a generic URL?

I found some steps in this article by Microsoft:
Under the Admin Credentials section, input the SCIM 2.0 base URL of
https://scim.smartsheet.com/v2and Access Token value retrieved earlier from Smartsheet in Secret Token respectively.I hope that helps!
