How do I stop people from exported my smartsheet?

When they have commenter or viewer access? I do not want anyone downloading my smartsheet only have access to veiw only or comment. What can I do?

Hi @abc145,

There currently isn't a way to restrict shared users within Smartsheet from exporting the sheet to excel (to my knowledge). The way you could share a sheet without giving that ability is by publishing the sheet.

It's possible, but if I am not mistaken, you would need the Enterprise + Advance Platinum to access the Data Egress feature.

Is that an option?
