Link to asset card

Hi,

I found out that "link to asset card" is different depending on every collection that an asset is added to.

But what I understand is that all assets are single-source, which is the reason that asset key is the same from any collection view.

Is it intended feature that "link to asset card" for the same asset is different from collection to collection? We often notify the users of each collection that an asset is uploaded via email using "link to asset card", but when an asset is added to several collections, it is a hassle to copy the asset link one by one from each collection.

Hi @Joanne Nam,

The asset key does not change when it is added to a collection. Rather, the collection slug is added to the asset card link to specify which collection this asset was shared from. To compile and share multiple assets we would recommend using the bulk action tool bar to create share links.
