Has anyone had success making a basic CRM for their company?
Hi, our bank is looking to leverage Smartsheet to try to create a CRM tool within Smartsheet. Has anyone had any success in this arena?
Ultimately we are wanting to create the basic functionality of tracking meetings/notes/contacts/etc. and have the information shared across multiple groups.
Just curious of other's experience in this endeavor,

Yes!
I've developed different CRM solutions, and I recently developed a very advanced structured CRM for a client involving multiple connected/siloed sheets. I also used premium apps (Data Shuttle / Dynamic View and more) to sync/show it.
