Unable to edit column formula

I am logged in under my e-mail address. In the sheet properties, my e-mail is listed as the creator and the owner of the sheet I'm trying to edit. However, I can't edit the column formula. The option isn't even available when I right-click. Please advise.

Ensure that you're clicking on a cell and not on the column.
