Hey Paul,

I am trying to do something similar with your formula. I have a source sheet;

and a destination sheet

And I need to collect and sum the actual hours worked by person, by month and by project. If you look at the first person, Adam, you can see he worked on several different projects. I am only interested in one project at a time, for a previous month, in this case January, totaled in the destination sheet Actual (Month) Hours Worked column. Can you please help me get that correct?

That seems like a pretty straightforward application of just sumifs()

Have a criteria range and criteria for name, project, and month.
