Resource Management Panel Expand

When I click on the expand icon in the resource management panel, it no longer shows any of my resources, it only shows my user and 100% available. But on the panel it accurately shows my resources and their workloads. I just want it to display in the expanded view.

Honestly it sounds like a backend flake-out. Or, you could be looking at the wrong time range and need to zoom and scroll to find the other resources and workloads. Expanded view definitely is intended to show you everything.
