Resource Management Implementation

Hi everyone,

We have recently implemented RM along with Smartsheet Control Center. I think we ignored RM during UAT. And now we are having issues in RM with regards to allocation, capacity & analytics. Will anyone be able to share their implementation strategy with me which may help us. Looking forward to hearing back.
