Selecting data in a form from a link

How do I create a link to a sheet in a form to select information from. I saw what I need in the data mesh video - I want to do the same thing as illustrated in the product # field.

I actually want to know how to setup the link itself. How I can create a link to another sheet to be able to select data from that will then be entered into the form.

It sounds like you want the form field to be a dropdown list that reflects the values in another sheet? That would be setup done in the Sheet, not in the Form. Try looking at:
