How to extract a substring between special characters(-) in Smartsheet

I want to extract a substring between special characters(-) in Smartsheet

for eg: 123abc-Apple-email

Here i want to extract a the text(Apple) between 2 hyphen(-) characters

You would use something along the lines of:

=MID([Column Name]@row, FIND("-", [Column Name]@row) + 1, FIND("-", [Column name]@row, FIND("-", [Column Name]@row) + 1) - (FIND("-", [Column Name]@row) + 1))
