How am I able to automatically move newly added rows from a sheet to a dashboard?

The sheet I am currently using feeds to a dashboard that displays weekly updates on 3 project management sites. I was able to add a report to the dashboard that continuously shows new rows of data when they are populated on my sheet, however; I need to be able to harvest the incoming data and separate it into each site's own report- such as a metric report.

If I understand you correctly. I'd recommend adding separate reports with criteria for each site.

Thank you for the response, but Im not sure it answers my question. Let me rephrase:

Three workstream leaders fill out a form weekly that flows to a sheet. That information then flows from the sheet to a dashboard. The project manager wants three separate widgets on the dashboard- each representing the three workstream leaders individually and their responses. I was able to do a metric widget for each workstream, but cannot get newly added answers from their weekly forms to feed into the dashboard.

Reports cannot flow into metric widget, is that correct? I was only able to grab a sheet to flow in.
