    Hi Anyway I can do this in sheet summary? ie to cound the total number of occurances where "delivered" occured in the column Status(delivery)

    hi @Chamudi Withanawasam , you can use normal COUNTIF formulas in Sheet Summary fields. Am I missing something in your question? Should work with =COUNTIF([Status]:[Status],”Delivered”)
