How often does a report update?

We are using a Smartsheet Report to upload data into a third party system.

We are curious as to how often the Report will update.

Example: If we open one of the Smartsheets that feed the Report and make a change and we do not open the Report, then when the third party system pulls data from that Report, will it have the new data?

Hi Gregory,

You shouldn't have to manually open and run the report again. Your third-party app uses the Smartsheet API to connect to your sheets/report on the backend; our API will run the report and pull the most current data without it having to be opened within Smartsheet.
