can I send a form letter from smartsheet
when all steps are completed on a specific task, i can build a flow to trigger an email, can i upload a form letter to that email that will be sent based on the trigger?

You can use the "Generate Documents" function to upload a fillable PDF and output the information onto the form you uploaded.

Yes and No. Do recipients have access to the sheet? You may need to change sheet permissions to Unrestricted but this may cause you issues depending on your controls.
If Yes - Set the automation as a Request an Update by selecting Specific fields, select attachment. Just need to make sure there is one on the row, in fact you can set the check box as when An attachment is added.
Alternatively, set Automation as an Alert someone. if you want data back via a form. Paste the form link in a cell on the row, Include reference to this cell {{form email link}} in the message.

thanks for your suggestions, i appreciate the help, I'm working thru the 3 options. so far close but no cigar. haven't figured out the Generate Document option, i get my form but blank instead of populated with my selected fields. request and alert got pretty close. more testing to do. i will share when I am able to figure out the solution. thanks so much
