My account is locked
Hello,
Suddenly my other account is locked. When I did reset for my password i didn't receive any emails at all. how can i contact the support BTW i subscribe in February for one year

To add to Gia's correct statement, you can use the link in this Help Article to request a new password reset:
I would suggest checking your Spam or Junk folders for the reset email. If this hasn't helped, you can contact Support through the form in this article instead of the Portal:
Use the form so that you can identify the email address that is currently locked out.
