Join Formula with Dates changing date format

if i use the join formula, updated date format in 'Start Test' column is not getting displayed, in 'UPDATED TIME FORMAT' it defaults to Smartsheet date format.

    Try

    =1+","+Right([Start Test]@row,10)+","+[Start Time]@row+","+Right([End Test]@row,10)+","+[End Time]@row

    For the 1 Just add what ever your pulling into it to pull that digit. I know its a little clunkier then the Join function. how ever it is how you bypass smartsheet being smartsheet. lol
