Hi We are trying to connect DYN365 to a smart sheet solution - the date has been encapsulated in a dynamic Report - but we when we try to do the power automate workflow when can't seem to link to the report -

Can Power Automate connect to a report or is it only a sheet?

Hope all is well! It looks like Smartsheet's Power Automate connector can only currently work with sheets (

https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/connectors/smartsheet/ ). Although depending on the use case, you might be able to directly link to the individual sheets referenced in the Power Automate flow instead.

Unfortunately not an option as we have around 250 active project plans all ( Blue print Solution) and we were hoping not not to have to create a link to each individual sheet -

Here is another question - Can I create another Blue Print Summary sheet that will pull in a parent row and Child row if a helper colum is checked?

I have multiple projects and with in each I have a Approvals parent Row with sub Phase rows ( Children) below - the rows we want to connect to Dynamic 365 with powerAutomate are checked in a helper Column

Can I create another blue print Summary that will only pull in the rows that are Checked in the helper Column

Hi Susan

Sheets power reports and you cannot make changes in formats on reports. These are done on Sheets. In terms of integration you can only integrate with a sheet.

Have you tried integrating with the sheet and using the pre-filters in DYN365 to recreate the report?

We have around 250 sheets active sheets with around 10 rows within each that need connection- and we are trying to avoid setting up individual links hence trying the dynamic report -
