Printing Gantt stuck in Quarters

Anyone else having the same issue with printing a Gantt Chart stuck in quarters?

I have been reading forums/discussions and I tried all the suggestion dating back to 2018. I export to .png, I saved, refreshed, restarted, adjusted the setting etc. but still stuck in quarters.

PS. I'm on paid version and not trial (cause apparently it might be an issue for trial versions).

Hmm, mine prints or exports just the same as it shows in my gantt chart within Smartsheet. Here's a few suggestions:

-I would double check that you have your gantt chart zoomed in or out as needed:

-If that doesn't fix it, you can go into the Project Settings (gear will appear in gantt mode in the top right corner) and adjust "Gantt Timescale Settings" as needed
