Column Formula with Vlookup from another sheet

Hello all, I have searched the discussion board and reviewed similar questions, however, it looks like I have my formula correct.
The convert to column formula is greyed out? Does it look correct
=VLOOKUP([Request Category]@row, {Parameters Class}, 2, FALSE)
I am using the category to pull through a duration in days for a class of project for my ticket system.
Thanks for any help.

Hi,
I hope you're well and safe!
Try something like this.=VLOOKUP([Request Category]@row, {Parameters Class}, 2, false)
Did that work/help?
I hope that helps!
Be safe, and have a fantastic day!
Best,

Its still not available.
isn't this the same as my formula, in the post?

Ok.
I wanted to test whether it made a difference with non-uppercase letters, but I just remembered that it doesn't in this case.
Have you created the cross-sheet references by selecting the ranges?
Can you share some screenshots? (Please delete/replace any confidential/sensitive information before sharing) That would make it easier to help.

Hello Andree,
When I have the column type set to duration it will not work. If I change to to text it works fine.
