COUNTIFS returning 0

Hi everyone!

I can't seem to figure out why I'm getting 0 as a return when I'm using COUNTIFS.

Using PNSODaily as a reference while counting Parts Consumed Daily. It picks up some and some it does not?

Okay wow, I just realized I did not add an operator for my criteria.
