Drop down list and date field

I have a drop down list called job type. If the job is Call Back I want the Call Back Date field to pop up and be completed. How do I can that?

Just for clarification, when "Job Type" changes to "Call Back", you want to record the date in the "Call Back Date" field, and mark the item as "Complete". Is that correct?
