Dynamic View Expired Link to Attachments

I have a Dynamic View that has been in use for a few years. I was just notified that the attachments are not available to users from the notification email. A message that the link has expired is posting. I had thought this could be used as an ongoing archive and that teams could always download PDFs. Do users have to go into the Dynamic View to download attachments that were sent 2 months ago?

Anyone else having this issue?

I believe email links are only available for 30 days. Users can access attachments beyond that through the Dynamic View or through the sheet itself.
