Checkbox no longer appearing

This has now impacted any new sheet I create.. My older sheets are working fine.

Hi all,

The specific issue reported at the start of this thread has been confirmed as resolved - if you're still not seeing checkboxes, keep in mind that the row needs to have data in it for the cell to show an empty box.

For example, when you create an entirely new sheet where all rows are blank, the checkbox column will also be blank:

As soon as you add content to the row, such as a value in the Primary Column, the box will appear:

This is expected behaviour for checkbox columns. 🙂

If your column is set to Checkbox and your Primary Column (or other column) has data in it, but you're still not seeing a box to check, please test other browsers, check any browser extensions you have, duplicate the sheet to see if it still happens, and then submit a case to Support.
