IFERROR formula returning nothing but one cell is working

I am working on a formula that would return the "PTO Available" Column number based off the "Years with CO" and the "Days Accrued" per year. Its only returning one cell??

I think you would be able to take out the IFERROR, based on how your formula is constructed. You should then see "Error" in all cells where there is not a match in Contract Years with PA and Years with CO. If that is not what you are aiming to see, I'm happy to keep helping.
