Task Bar Automatic conditional formatting Dynamc view vs Grid view

Hi,

First of all, we would like to remove the Task bar automatic conditional formatting as soon as Entire row is selected, as we prefer not seeing this highlight each time Actual date matches the Baseline. Is it possible ?

If impossible, I have tried to select each column independently instead of "Entire row", but, in the Grid view , in the colomn POD it is still poping up in green as soon as the Actual timeline matches the baseline, so how to remove this rule?

Last but not least, we can still see discrepancies between the Grid view and the Dynamic view, where the lines are white in the Grid view , they are green in the dynamic view, how come?

Thank you in advance for your support on that,

    Hello @Ludivine

It sounds like there might be conditional formatting rules in conflict with one another. Can you post a screen shot of the conditional formatting rules?

I work with Dynamic View a lot, and I haven't had the discrepencies in row/column colors — you can use the toggle button in the DV to turn formatting off, but I understand you want it to reflect the same colors as are in your sheet.

  • Hi Pauline,

Thank you for your anwser. Here the (long) list of the conditional formatting rules !

Yes, right the aim is to reflect the same colors in the dynamic view.

Hopefully you will find the trick,

    Thank you
