Formatting lost when pasting to Word

When copying and pasting cells from SS to a Word doc, all formatting is lost including any highlighting, font changes, etc.  Only the text can be copied and pasted over to Word.

Hello Mark,

Due to the differences in how Word and Smartsheet store formatting on the backend, formatting won't be preserved when copying and pasting text from Word to Smartsheet.
