Can you update a current Smartsheet with an MS Project file?

Good Afternoon Smartsheet Community,
I have a vendor who provides me with an updated MS Project file on a weekly basis. Is there a way that I can upload the updated file to the Smartsheet I created from the original plan? I would rather update the current plan than delete the old one and upload a new one.
Thank you.

Hello Jerry,
There isn't a way to sync an MS Project file with a sheet, but you have a few alternatives:
- You might consider having them make their updates in your sheet directly by sharing the sheet with them. They can create a free Smartsheet account and collaborate with you directly in the sheet to save time. Steps on this are in our help center: https://help.smartsheet.com/articles/520104-sharing-sheets
- If them creating a Smartsheet account isn't an option, then you might consider using Update Requests: https://help.smartsheet.com/articles/504779-using-update-requests
- Otherwise, you can import the MS Project file as a new sheet (see: https://help.smartsheet.com/articles/504553#project) and then move or copy rows to your existing sheet (https://help.smartsheet.com/articles/770589).
