Images inserted in the cells disappeared

Hi everyone,

I just got a weird problem with images in cells.

We were using this feature for a while now, and we had an uploaded .jpg images in every row, while we got to approx. 500 rows.

Right now all our images disappeared and were replaced only by images' former name (like image.jpg) text in that cell.

When I doubleclick the cell, an error pops up, that image can't be reached.

All images in that sheet were uploaded from PC, so links should not be broken.

What may be the problem with this? Are we going to be able to regain those images or do we have to refresh them all again?

We have the same problem, I have just raised a ticket for this.

We have hundreds of rows as well with individual logos, hope we can these back.

So Smartsheet was apparently aware of the problem and they already solved it

"We've fixed the recent technical issues with cell images not displaying properly and are currently monitoring the Smartsheet application to make sure everything is operating normally "
