Networkdays Formula Not Updating Automatically and How to Refresh Entire Workspace in Smartsheet?

I'm still having the same issue. I used networkdays to calculate days that my project has been on hold and the values are still not updating without me going into it and saving. Is there a workaround for this without having to do a rollup formula?

Also, is there a way to refresh the entire workspace or somehting similar that will apply to all sheets, reports, and dashboard in my smartsheet account. Would appreciate any advice!
