    I know this is an old post but hoping someone can help me. I have tried this but still get an unparseable error. I am doing a metrics sheet based off a schedule. Counting projects that are complete for a certain division and completed in the year. Here is my current formula. Any help would be appreciate!

    =COUNTIFS({Project Stage}, "Complete", {Enterprise/Division/Shared Service}, "Enterprise", {Project End}, IFERROR(YEAR(@CELL), 0) = YEAR(TODAY()))
