Set up Automation to physical send out attachments when files are shared.
When setting up automation, have the option to include the physical attachment (file) shared for a given line item in Smart Sheet. This will help users view files without needing to log in to Smart Sheets and click on links to download (extra steps) and view the file. Simplifying an approval process Thank you
