Data shuttle error with populating a dropdown

Hi. I created a workflow that offloads a single column from a sheet and then a subsequent workflow that uses that offload to populate a dropdown in another sheet. When I ran initially it worked great but now i cant get it to add updated info after it runs again. New data has been added to the offload file but i cant seem to get that new data to be added to my drop down list… any thoughts?

Have you checked the upload workflow to see if there are any error messages anywhere?
