Cannot schedule a data refresh from SmartSheet datasource on Tableau Cloud
Hi, I am doing a task of getting data on SmartSheet and develop a dashboard on Tableau desktop, then publishing the dashboard to Tableau Cloud.
I am getting troubles when using Web Data Connector and Tableau Bridge to try to schedule and automatically refresh source data from SmartSheet. It keeps showing error message that data refreshing is failed. It seems that Cloud cannot connect to the SmartSheet Tableau server, but data input and manual data refreshing all works on Tableau desktop right now, I am not sure why it doesn't work on cloud to schedule data update.
If connection to Tableau-SmartSheet server failure is the reason, what should be the correct way of connection, and is there some kind of whitelist on Tableau Cloud?
