I would like to highlight cells in a column that are duplicates
I have a sheet, that has lots of data, I would like to specifically highlight / conditional format a cell that has a duplicate somewhere else in the column.
I know how to do it in Google Sheets with a conditional formatting formula (=countif(A:A,A1)>1) but not sure how to make that happen in Smartsheet. Is it possible?

I found a workaround, add a separate column to do countif, and then did custom formatting based on that.
