Automations Workflows Not Sent to Users with Unrestricted

Hi,

This may have been discussed and questioned in other posts, but I am getting notifications from Smartsheet that my workflow is not being sent to other users that are not in our account even with the settings being Unrestricted.

Is this a known issue?

    Hi Syed Muhafzal,

    Are you in an Enterprise plan? Is there a Safe Sharing Policy enable in your organization?

    If this is the case, you may want to ask your System Admin for checking these.

    Yes, we are on a corporate. I am also the System Admin. These clients of ours are in the Domain Allowed for Sharing sheet as well. They are still not getting the notifications.

    Did you add your clients' emails to the Email allowed to share column of the Safe Sharing-Exempt List-Emails sheet as shown in the screenshot below?

    On Safe Sharing - Exempt List - Domain - yes.

    No, I mean you need to add emails to the Safe Sharing-Exempt List-Emails sheet also, just not the Safe Sharing - Exempt List - Domain sheet.

    Thanks Gia.

    Can you share with me the articles that says I have to do for both Exempt sheets - as the one I am reading right now says either one (one for all domains and the other is for specific email addresses). I would love to share this with our clients as well. As we have hundred of users from the same domain.

    Just tested this on my gmail.com / outlook.com only on Domain Exempt List and it is working.

    My only issue is the "company.com" domain users that has been included (migrated over from Approved Domain) are not getting the notifications

    I don't have that article. But you are right. If the "company.com" domain has been included in the Domain Exempt List then users in that domain should be getting the notifications. It's strange!
