How do i transfer or move a workspace folder and all of it contents to a workspace archive folder?

Select the box next to the folder you want to move, left click and hold over the folder text name and drag it to the new workspace.

Click and drag should work. Are you able to provide some screenshots for context so we can see what you are seeing?

that does not work. The only dragging capabilities is to drag a smartsheet to a work space. I want to archive a workspace.

You want to move an entire workspace? Not a folder? You can't put a workspace inside of another workspace, but you can drop all contents of a workspace into a folder and then click and drag the folder to another workspace.
