Automation randomly Unable to run due to infinite loop

I have an automation that randomly becomes unable to run. "This workflow triggered itself directly or through another workflow. Please modify the workflow so it doesn't cause an infinite loop.". Any ideas of what might cause this?

Would need a bit more information on what the automations are. Is this a copy/move rows automation? Something that could cause this would be something like when a new row is added on sheet A, copy to sheet B. Then on sheet B, there is an automation that when new row is added on Sheet B, copy to Sheet A… = infinite loop of the 2 sheets copying into each other.
