Has anyone created a master list of user access by difference levels?

We are launching a new project management workspace in my department and will need to organize user access management from the workspace level all the way to individual sheets. I am wondering if Smart Sheets already has a way to track all of this other than looking at each item individually and reviewing access that way. Is there a way to generate a master list of all the access per workspace and all of its context?

I don't know of a way to view existing workspace/asset permissions other than in the workspace or asset itself, but our organization is getting ready to embark on a similar effort to streamline our users' permissions. We already use Smartsheet Groups, but we've learned that we can use them even more strategically and move away from sharing things to individuals. Using Groups might help with your new launch as well.
