Smartsheet automation not triggering when cell is updated from Form.

I’m creating a sheet and am having issues with automations not triggering when cells are updated from a form. The automations work when you manually update the cell on the sheet but not when the cell is updated via a form. It also won't record a date when the cell is updated via a form.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
